Walk through most New York neighborhoods and you’ll hear more languages than you can count. At Global Energy, we strive to meet the needs of as many of these potential customers as possible by employing friendly, multilingual agents who speak everything from Spanish and Portuguese to Korean and several dialects of Chinese.

Eduard adds to our linguistic skillset; he’s fluent in both Russian and Pharsy. Born and raised in Uzbekistan and now living with his wife in Queens, Eduard has been in New York since 1993 and worked in customer service for other energy companies before joining Global’s team in 2010.

A determined problem-solver

” Честность пойдет долгий путь, доставь то, что вы обещал, и если онo не oплатилa, в конечном итоге окупается. “

Eduard focuses his energy on saving potential clients money on their energy use. “I study the markets and my clients’ needs to make sure they lock in their rate at a good time to insure (long-term) energy savings,” he says, adding, “And if a client locks in a rate and then the market collapses, I try to renegotiate their contracts to lower prices, if at all possible.”

He’s also adept at helping potential customers coping with energy suppliers who are overcharging them. “As an energy consultant, I advise going with Global because we go with the market and don’t try to line our pockets. I devote myself to my clients and try to do everything to meet their needs.”

His business philosophy (in English and Russian) mirrors Global President John Kim’s belief in integrity and fairness:

“Honesty will go a long way. Deliver what you promised and if it doesn’t pay now, it will always end up paying off later.”

Честность пойдет долгий путь, доставь то, что вы обещал, и если онo не oплатилa, в конечном итоге окупается.
